The Consumer Electronics Show (CES) is always a hotbed for innovation, but this year’s robotics showcase felt particularly eccentric. While walking the floor, I encountered a wide array of machines ranging from the surprisingly practical to the delightfully bizarre.
Although these prototypes don’t always offer a precise picture of immediate commercial viability, they serve as a fascinating lens into the strategic roadmaps of their parent companies. These creations reveal where the industry is placing its bets, hinting at a future where AI and hardware merge in unexpected ways. Whether they are ready for mass production or not, these memorable bots certainly captured our imaginations.
