The future of fertility tracking may have just hatched. Health tech startup Mira has launched the Ultra4 Hormone Monitor, a sleek $249 egg-shaped device designed to take the guesswork out of reproductive health by analyzing your urine.
Unlike cumbersome mail-in kits, Mira brings the lab to your bathroom. The system consists of two parts: the actual analyzer (which looks suspiciously like a kitchen gadget) and the Ultra4 Wand. Users simply urinate on the disposable wand, which the monitor then reads to measure four key reproductive hormones.
By offering medical-grade accuracy without the wait times of traditional labs, Mira aims to demystify the hormonal fluctuations that impact conception and general wellness. It is a prime example of how femtech is evolving from simple tracking apps into actionable, hardware-driven diagnostic tools.
